Several years ago, I was called by a recruiter to interview for a job with a major Canadian manufacturer of airplane components. It seems that the hiring manager had spotted the keyword globalization in my online résumé, and because the company was embarking on a globalization initiative, he thought I might be an ideal candidate for the position.
